Some times to get ahead of the animals we spike out in wall tents. With cots, lanterns, and an outhouse . We drive to the camp in a vehicle.

Arrival and Departure

Most of the hunts are 5 days. Hunters can show up anytime after 2 pm the evening before their hunt, and leave by 10 am the morning after the last day of your hunt.  Shuttles can be negotiated for hunters and gear to and from the airports, rentals cars are recommended if flying.

Day rates

$2000 a day for archery and rifle hunts.   Lodging and meals are not included, but can be negotiated.

A deposit of $500 per hunter is required to secure a hunt date. Which will be returned, if not successful in drawing.

Once the hunter has drawn, half of the total hunt cost is due within 2 weeks of drawing results.

The remaining cost for the deer and elk hunts needs to be paid in full by September 1 (Archery) October 15 (rifle).

All other hunts need to be paid in full 2 weeks before hunt date starts.

The deposit will be fully refunded in the instance of death or the death of an immediate family member prior to the start of the hunt.

Wounded animals

If you draw blood, you are done hunting that species.    Make your shot count.

We hunt open country, long shots are available. We always try to get as close as we can, but being comfortable shooting out to 400 yards ups your chances of harvesting game.

Included in the hunt

For fully guided hunts, meals, sleeping accommodations, field care of game, and transport of game to Harlowton or Big Timber for processing.  If hunters are transporting their own game, the animals will be hung at camp for the hunters to process or be loaded. Shuttles for hunters and gear to the airports can be negotiated, rental vehicles recommended.

Not included

Hunting licenses and permit cost, processing and shipping cost (which adds up quickly), fishing gear, gratuities for the guides and cook, taxidermy fees, and liquor and beer are not included in hunt price. These are the responsibility of the hunter.
